On November 8, 2011, I was elected as Commonwealth’s Attorney for Buchanan County, which is our county’s top criminal prosecutor. 

While I truly feel blessed to have the opportunity to serve my community in such an important role, it also means that I am no longer able to engage in the private practice of law.  As a result, on December 23, 2011, I concluded a four year chapter of my career as a criminal defense attorney, and general practitioner of law.

Due to the closure of my office, I have several items of furniture for sale.  My office building is also for sale or lease, your choice.
